Planning a School or Church Carnival in the Toledo area?
We know times are tough and funding is short. We have a plan that will help you have a School or Church Carnival at little or no cost to you! Here is how it works: the school parent organization, band boosters, athletic boosters, youth group, etc will announce a Family Fun Night and pre-sell tickets. Tickets will cost $5-7 per person and allow unlimited bounce time, and we will give your group either free cotton candy or popcorn (limit 200 servings) during the Family Fun Night (and you can sell these-potential revenue $200-400 at $1-2 per serving and drinks to raise more money). As long as at least 200 tickets are pre-sold, we will set up at no cost to you and credit you 50% of the sales towards a school carnival to be held at a future date. We will also bring in Sand Art and Pucker Powder as an additional fundraiser and give you 50% of the sales of these also to be applied to your school carnival. Between the ticket sales, the concession and drink sales, the Sand Art and Pucker Powder sales, your school carnival might be free or very little cost! Family Fun Nights must be held Monday-Thursday nights between 6-9pm. See below for what we will bring.
Family Fun Nights include a bounce house and either a slide or our 70 foot Backyard Obstacle Course (this fits in area of 20x25 feet). We would require two volunteers from your organization per each item to include door sales, concession item, Sand Art, bounce, slide and backyard obstacle course.
When you are ready for your Church or School Carnival, we have a Special package for you that is not listed below. It includes the following inflatables: Bounce, Slide, and our 70' Backyard Obstacle Course. Carnival Games included are: Duck Pond, Sucker Tree (includes 250 Dum-Dum pops), One Hole of Mini-golf (to include putter and golf ball), Cornhole game, Buckets the Clown game, Bottle Knockdown, Hi-Striker (Strongman) single, Hoop Toss, Bottle Standup, Potty Toss, Tic Tac Toe Toss and Fishing Curtain. Prizes included in this package are all of the following: 1152 pieces @ .10, 576 pieces @ .25, 288 Pieces @ .50, 360 pieces @ $1. BONUS: 2 FREE Bounce House gift certificates to be raffled off during the carnival. Also includes 2 rolls of game tickets, 1 roll of raffle tickets and 200 wristbands. This total package with inflatables, games and prizes is $1995. The package without prizes is $1450 (does not include BONUS gift certificates). Selling game tickets at .50 with a winner every time, you have the potential to make $1277 from games alone. Charging $1 per ride will also generate a significant amount of income, example: 200 children riding x3 =$600, riding x4 =$800, riding x5 =$1000. And remember, with our Family Fun Night, most if not all of the cost of your carnival can be paid for before the carnival!
Not included in the above carnival, but also available at no cost (we will split the sales 50-50 at the end of the event) to your organization is Sand Art ($2, with 50% to your organization), Pucker Powder ($2-$5, with 50% to your organization), Cotton Candy ($2, with 50% to your organization), SnowCones ($2, with 50% to your organization)*, Popcorn $1 (with 50% to your organization), Face painting ($3-15, with 50% to your organization). We would require two volunteers from your organization per each item to include door sales, concession item, Sand Art, bounce, slide and obstacle course.
Don't want a Family Fun Night but want a Carnival? No problem, Carnival's are just $1995 with the inflatables, games and prizes listed above. Carnivals with just games and inflatables are just $1450. Not enough included at that price? No problem, we can add items from our large inventory of items, just let us know what you would like to add. We also have some carnival and prize packages below.

We can also supply tickets for the games, rides, 50-50 raffles and prize raffles; and wristbands for the rides. 50-50 and raffle tickets are $9.95 per each roll of 2000 tickets. Game and ride tickets are $5.95 per each roll of 2000 tickets (tickets are blank or marked with: .25, .50, $1, admit one). Wristbands are $10.95 per 100 in assorted colors.
We recommend charging .25-.50 to play games, tickets for rides $1, and wristbands with unlimited ride time for $7-15 each. Snowcones for $1-2, Popcorn for $1, Cotton Candy $2 for cones, $3 for bags, Minigolf $2-3 per player, Sandart $2.
*Please note: Snowcone requires 1/2 lb ice per serving and we do not supply ice. Also, all above equipment requires access to electricity and duck pond requires access to fill it and then dump water. We reserve the right to substitute items due to availability.
